Mission and Vision

MISSION:
Our mission is to provide quality preclinical and clinical training in pharmacology and therapeutics for medical undergraduate students, post-graduate Pharmacology students, Homeopathy students and paramedic students including nursing and BPMT. Our mission also focuses on scientific and evidence-based research, expanding on our track record of innovation and excellence in both research and teaching.

VISION:
 The Vision of the Department is to be a top-ranked research-intensive academic Department in the disciplines of Pharmacology. The vision also include, strengthening the already existing pharmacovigilance department, to establish therapeutic drug monitoring center and HPLC laboratory, to establish clinical trial unit, to have virtual animal simulators and software, to start super-specialty course in Pharmacology i.e. DM Clinical pharmacology, and to establish Drug information center.
